"It was a statement with flamboyant reproaches," this is how Armenian National Congress coordinator Levon Zurabyan assessed the coalition's statement and rejected the proposal for dialogue.

According to him, the Armenian National Congress doesn't see any meaning in the dialogue with the authorities and sees the solution to the issues through the people's mobilization and massive events.

Zurabyan says further dialogue will only be at the government's request. "We will discuss and decide," Zurabyan said.
