“There shouldn’t be power in Armenia”
Support A1+!The Armenian National Congress strives to establish not power, but a government in Armenia. This is what ANC representative, cultural commentator Ara Neghdolyan announced at Freedom Square. According to him, Armenia has an imperial-administrative culture. It is the culture where the government creates and interprets the laws, and comes up with the meaning of those laws and the others serve that government.
The cultural commentator announced that the ANC was trying to make a transition to a anthropocentric culture so that average people become the owners of their country. According to him, the ANC will make the transition to an anthropocentric government with conceptions related to different spheres, of which a part has been released and the other will be presented.
