Organized concert a little far away
Several police officers are standing near Freedom Square and some of them are in their cars. A rally participant told "A1+" that when he parked his car at the underground parking lot, the police approached him and registered his license number.
A concert is currently in progress on Northern Avenue and is under police supervision.
When technical equipment was turned on at Northern Avenue, a problem emerged at Freedom Square and the rally was interrupted, after which Nikol Pashinyan said it was due to technical difficulties.
