Azerbaijani POW refuses to return to his homeland
Azerbaijani POW (prisoner of war) held in captivity in Armenia refused to return to Azerbaijan, preferring to get shelter in a third state.
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Armenia handed over the Azerbaijani POW (prisoner of war) Roman Hüseynov Novruzoğlu to a third party, as reported by the press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry.
