Putin's congratulatory message
Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.
In the message it was stated in particular: "Dear Mr. Sargsyan, accept my warm congratulations on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia. The relations between our countries, which are hinged on centuries-old friendship and the traditions of close spiritual ties, are progressing. We have registered notable success in cooperation in trade, economy, investments, science, technology, transportation and culture. Our constructive partnership is growing within the CIS, the CSTO and other multilateral formats. I am certain that further development of Armenian-Russian ties fully falls in line with our people's main interests and is going along with ensuring stability and security in the South Caucasus.
Dear Mr. Sargsyan, I wish you health, happiness and new achievements, and to the citizens of Armenia, I wish welfare and prosperity."
