"The position of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) is very clear. It is the government that still hasn't decided to start the dialogue or choose turbulence as the path toward political developments," RA First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan's press speaker Arman Musinyan told "A1+" today.

Who will cause the turbulence? In response, Musinyan said:

"We have announced that we see an opportunity to overcome the current crisis through a dialogue between the HAK and the authorities. If the authorities refuse, the HAK will obviously add pressure."

Arman Musinyan stated once again that Levon Ter-Petrosyan would give answers to all questions regarding the HAK-authorities dialogue during the rally at Freedom Square.

After Serzh Sargsyan's June 17 statement, the HAK can't clearly say whether Serzh Sargsyan is ready for dialogue or not.

"If we take a look at the facts, the regime took precaution and didn't say "no" to dialogue, but it also didn't show the courage to become completely engaged in the process either," said Arman Musinyan, mentioning that Levon Ter-Petrosyan would touch upon this issue during the rally.

Taking into account that today is Serzh Sargsyan's birthday, "A1+" also asked Musinyan what the HAK would wish Sargsyan. "What the HAK says is political. For now, the HAK says it wants snap presidential and parliamentary elections. Consider that a wish, if you will."
