"People shouldn't be maximalist and want a lot at once. It is clear that some people want a "package deal", but that's not the way it works. Achievements should be slow and gradual," NA Vice-Chairman, Republican Samvel Nikoyan told "A1+".

"Chess is all about calculation and requires one to place the figures in the right places. Blitz chess is not good. Strategic mistakes are made more often."

According to the NA Vice-Chairman, in Serzh Sargsyan's June 17 statement it is stated that the topic for possible dialogue between the HAK and the administration of the National Assembly can refer to organizing and holding the elections, but not snap elections.

As for the rejection to form a governmental delegation after the formation of the HAK's delegation, Nikoyan mentioned that the HAK or any other political party can form a working committee to discuss issues with the government.

"That is normal, but the government has institutional structures and there is no need to form such a group," Nikoyan said.

According to the NA Vice-Chairman, a sphere of tolerance has shaped in the society in the past couple of months and that has had a positive impact on domestic and foreign political affairs.

"The authorities have taken serious steps toward building relations with the opposition and the society in a more civilized manner," Nikoyan mentioned.

Is closing the roads for public buses traveling to Yerevan from several provinces an example of building relations in a civilized manner? In response, Nikoyan said the alarms could have been false or exaggerated.

"Perhaps that is a way of propaganda before the rally, or an attempt to create an intrigue. I consider that normal," Nikoyan said.

Nevertheless, the vice-speaker expressed his view on possible cases. "If there are such things, I think that is inadmissible because that sets restrictions on citizens' right to free mobility," Samvel Nikoyan said in closing.

Let us mention that citizens have been calling media outlets to inform them about lack of public transportation from different provinces, including Armavir, Aragatsotn, Ararat and Shirak. "The police are stopping cars and buses, telling passengers to step out and that they can't go to Yerevan today," a citizen of Ashtarak told "A1+".
