HAK holds meeting in Ijevan
Representatives of the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) today travelled to Tavush marz to participate in the opening of a HAK headquarters and meet local activists.
HAK members received a warm welcome in the city of Ijevan where they were met by 100 locals.
Addressing the presentees, recently amnestied HAK member Nikol Pashinyan [editor-in-chief of Haykakan Zhamanak daily], stressed that Armenia's future is more important than any other issue.
"The person, who gave his life for his homeland, will never seek it back and will struggle till the end," said Pashinyan.
Speaking about trilateral presidential meeting in Kazan, HAK member Vladimir Karpetyan said they cannot share an opinion as they are not familiarized with the document placed on the negotiation table.
