A1+ receives Letter of Gratitude
Mesrop Movsesyan, Director of A1+ TV Company, has been awarded with "Zoravar Andranik" Medal for covering the April 24 event dedicated to the Armenian-Japanese friendship.
On April 24, 2011, the International Cultural Bank (ICB) in cooperation with the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute initiated a commemorative event in support of the Japanese people who suffered great losses after the devastating earthquake and ensuing tsunami in March 2011. The International Cultural Bank collected donations for the earthquake and tsunami victims.
Mesrop Movsesyan received the medal by the International Cultural Bank and Union of Liberation War Veterans.
"The medal is awarded to courageous citizens who have contributed to the development of their homeland. There are people who deserve the highest appraisal. Mesrop Movsesyan is one of them," said ICB President Kamo Zakoyan.
Levon Ivanyan, Program Manager of the International Cultural Bank, hailed the cooperation with A1+.
"The action of solidarity between the two nations was webcasted worldwide. As a sign of appreciation and thankfulness, the ICB gives A1+ a letter of gratitude," said Ivanyan.
