Samson Khachatryan will stay in prison
The RA Criminal Court of Appeals just denied the appeal against the decision to choose arrest as a precautionary measure for Armenian National Congress supporter, boxer Samson Khachatryan.
This comes after the general jurisdiction court of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts ruled a two-month arrest.
Samson Khachatryan is charged with applying force against a police officer in civil uniform.
