Sargsyan to leave for Iran?
Serzh Sargsyan will participate in the Novruz celebration in Iran, as reported by general manager of the international relations department for organizational issues of the Novruz International Festival in Iran Mohammed Reza Forkani.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev also received an invitation to participate in the celebration, but Aliyev declined and will send his deputy prime minister Elchin Afandiyev instead.
