Serzh Sargsyan off to Cyprus
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has left for the Republic of Cyprus at the invitation of his counterpart Dimitris Christofias.
The two presidents are scheduled to have a tête-à-tête meeting on January 17, which will be followed by talks in an enlarged format.
The sides are expected to sign documents on the improvement of bilateral ties and development of cooperation in different spheres.
The same day, Serzh Sargsyan will attend the opening of Armenian- Cypriot business forum at the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
President Serzh Sargsyan will also meet Archbishop Chrysostomos II, President of the House of Representatives of Cyprus Marios Garoyan, as well as representatives of the Armenian community.
