Serzh Sargsyan to visit Cyprus and Greece

On January 17, Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan will leave for the Republic of Cyprus for a state visit.

In the course of his visit to Cyprus, Serzh Sargsyan will hold meetings with President Dimitris Khristophias, Archbishop Christomos II, and Chairman of the House of Representatives of Cyprus Marios Garoyan.

President Sargsyan will also participate in the opening of the Armenian-Cypriot business forum and will meet representatives of the Armenian community.

On January 18, President Sargsyan will lay a wreath at the memorial to Armenian Genocide victims. On the same day, President Sargsyan will leave Cyprus for the Republic of Greece.

In Greece, Serzh Sargsyan will have meetings with President Karolos Papoulias, His Beatitude Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Ieronimos II, Chairman of the Parliament Philippos Petsalnikos and Prime Minister George Papandreou.

In Athens, Serzh Sargsyan will meet representatives of Armenian parties, RA President's press service reports.
