"We are naturally outraged by the decision of the National Commission on Television and Radio (NCTR), which denied another broadcast license to A1+ Company. We shall take measures to determine the compliance of the competition with law and to see whether the NCTR acted within the realm of its competence or not. We have numerous complaints and concerns in this regard," said Boris Navasardyan, member of the Board of Trustees of "People's TV" Foundation created in support of A1+.

The Board of Trustees today convened a meeting to discuss the reasons for A1+'s defeat, which were presented by NCTR Chairman Grigor Amalyan last week.

According to Mr. Navasardyan, the Board of Trustees will continue its activities despite the shameful decision of the regulatory body.

"We have numerous plans connected with A1+ and we are going to realize them. We shall support A1+ in all its initiatives," he said.
