Will Serzh Sargsyan return foreign-language school bill?
The Heritage faction calls on President Serzh Sargsyan not to ratify the laws on making amendments and addenda to the Laws on Language and Public Education adopted by the National Assembly at second reading, the party's press service reports.
In a letter addressed to President Sargsyan, Heritage asks the country's head to remit the amendments to the legislative body.
