It is already two and a half years the wives of political prisoners gather outside the Office of RA Prosecutor General demanding to release their husbands and punish the perpetrators of the deadly events of March 1, 2008.

Felix Gevorgyan, who was released from prison on December 12, was among the protesters with his four minor children.
"Felix has health problems due to the blows he received in prison," Felix's father Petros Gevorgyan told A1+.

"How much can we tolerate this situation? Real criminals walk in freedom while our husbands and friends are confined for a crime they have not committed. When will the authorities listen to our claims? Do they expect us to crawl on all fours begging for the release of innocent people?" said Varduhi Terteryan.

The protesters are determined to continue the actions until the last political prisoner is freed in Armenia.
On December 17, the Armenian National Congress is holding four protest rallies in the capital and regions demanding the release of political prisoners.
