Serzh Sargsyan to visit Latvia
The newly appointed Ambassador of Latvia to Armenia, Gints Apals (seat in Vienna) presented the copies of his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.
Congratulating the Ambassador, President Sargsyan expressed confidence that Gints Apals would contribute to the deepening of friendly relations between the two countries.
"Armenia and Latvia have much in common. The countries hold similar stances on a number of issues. Latvia is resolute in supporting Armenia-EU partnership and sharing its experience with Armenia," said Gints Apals.
In the name of Latvian President Valdis Zatlers, Gints Apals invited Serzh Sargsyan to Latvia.
