Heritage MP Armen Martirosyan today suggested removing the Armenian-Turkish Protocols from the NA agenda, especially after Wikileaks revealed Turkey's true purpose in connection with the protocols.

NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan reminded that the ratification process had been suspended and added, "It is up to the President to decide."

ARF-Dashnatsutyun faction proposed paying a premium to scientists. The bill was supported by Heritage.

In response, the chairman of RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Mr. Artak Davtyan said that opposition MPs were busy with populism.

The parliament also voted down Heritage's bill on the minimum wage with 22 votes for and 51 against. The bill envisaged raising the minimum wage to AMD 45 thousand.
