Just a dispute between Pashinyan and cellmates?
Today "Haykakan Zhamanak" published the following: "According to our sources at the National Security Service, Nikol Pashinyan was attacked yesterday at the "Kosh" penitentiary. There were no further details. Our sources at the NSS state that the attack was ordered from the presidential residence with the purpose of suspending Nikol Pashinyan's political activities and work as a journalist."
"A1+" talked to Nikol Pashinyan's wife Anna Hakobyan who informed that she had as much information as the newspaper published and that there will be details when the lawyers visit Nikol Pashinyan.
"A1+" wasn't able to find out anything from the Head of the Penitentiary Department at the Ministry of Justice because the latter didn't answer the phone calls.
Head of the news department at the Ombudsman's Office Tsovinar Khachatryan told "A1+" that the Ombudsman's Office had found out precise information from the "Kosh" penitentiary and press speaker of the Head of the Penitentiary Department at the RA Ministry of Justice Arsen Babayan. The latter had informed the Ombudsman's Office that there had not been an attack and it was just a dispute between Nikol Pashinyan and cellmates that was stopped briefly.
