Arrested at the airport
Norayr Kh. (born in 1975) was found at "Zvartnots" airport and taken to the General Department of Criminal Investigation thanks to measures taken by the General Department of Criminal Investigation of the RA Police and employees of "Zvartnots" airport.
Norayr Kh. had been under persecution by the Polish law-enforcement bodies since October 25, 2007 and was charged with Part 2, Article 280 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Poland. The RA Prosecutor Genera's Office has been informed.
