MPs pay tribute to October 27 victims
A memorial service for the victims of the 1999 parliamentary carnage was held in the park of the National Assembly on October 27.
The service was attended by NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, Vice-Speakers Samvel Nikoyan and Samvel Balasanyan, MPs and relatives of the victims.
They laid flowers to the monument commemorating the victims of October 27, 1999.
