Armenia, Ukraine sign cooperation plan
The delegation headed by Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan left for Ukraine (Crimea) Tuesday to to attend a meeting of CIS ministerial council. Before the meeting, Minister Ohanyan held bilateral meetings with Defense Ministries of CIS member states, the RA MoD press service reports.
During a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart, Seyran Ohanyan and Michailo Yezhel dwelt on reciprocal relations between the Ministries of Defense of Armenia and Ukraine. The two Ministries signed an agreement on 2011 cooperation plan, which envisages consultations on military and strategic planning as well as cooperation in military education sector
