Levon Ter-Petrosyan addresses ANC ralliers
"Who forces you to surrender territories?" Leader of the Armenian National Congress Levon Ter-Petrosyan addressed ANC ralliers near Matenadarn on September 17.
Ter-Petrosyan said that he is not used to commenting on his previous statements but since his statement made in the HHSh congress found different interpretations he was to go into details.
"You have to settle the Karabakh conflict instead of ceding territories," ANC leader addressed the authorities.
The opposition's rally was followed by a march to Northern Avenue.
