Before commenting on statements of PACE President Mevlut Cavusoglu we should find out which of his mandates he used - that of PACE President or CoE Turkish delegate, member of Heritage parliamentary group Zaruhi Postanjyan told A1+.

"During his Yerevan visit, Cavusoglu told Heritage representatives that he frequently uses the second mandate of when making statements while in most events he introduces himself as the PACE president," said the Heritage MP.

"The liberation of Azerbaijani territories is the main precondition for Armenia-Turkey rapprochement. As soon as Armenia meets this condition, Turkey will normalize its relations with Armenia," Cavusoglu said in Sweden in the summit Turkey's role in the European Union."

Zaruhi Postanjyan regrets that Cavusoglu was appointed PACE president and says that the Armenian delegation is partly to blame for it.

"We were to prevent Cavusoglu from becoming PACE president. Today, he abuses his power and expresses the desires and moods of the Turkish-Azerbaijani alliance to influence on his auditorium."

Zaruhi Postanjyan thinks that the Armenian delegation should counteract and initiate vote of no confidence against the PACE president.
