The Prime Minister met with Lars Tanel
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan today received the delegation led by Executive Vice-Chairman and Director General of the International Finance Corporation, Lars Tanel.
Welcoming the guests, the Prime Minister highly appreciated the Corporation's involvement in investment programs implemented in Armenia.
During the meeting, the sides discussed opportunities for projects aimed at Armenia's economic development, particularly in the spheres of energy, mining industry and the formation of a stock market for agriculture.
The prime minister informed that Armenia is in the stage of institutional reforms and in that context attached importance to the implementation of pension reforms.
The interlocutors attached importance to the development and expansion of cooperation, as well as the IFC's willingness to take part in future investment programs.
