Ten shots
Shots were heard in Yerevan late last night again. At 10:25 p.m. the Kanaker-Zeytun police division received a notice from the on-duty police of Yerevan that there was a citizen who had been shot in an apartment on the 2nd floor of a building on Azatutyun Avenue.
The operative group found out that anonymous people had shot 23-year old Narek Sargsyan from an unknown car with unknown license numbers in the patio of the mentioned building at 10:15 p.m.
Police informed "A1+" that the injured was transferred to "Kanaker-Zeytun" medical center and then "Surp Grigor Lusavorich" medical center. They made a reference to the doctor's notice and stated that the injured was not able to give notice.
The police investigated the scene and found 10 bullets which were sent to the department of criminal examination of the RA Police. A forensic medicine examination has been scheduled and preliminary inquiry is underway.
Narek Sargsyan is the son of Colonel Suren Sargsyan.
Narek Sargsyan is still at "Surp Grigor Lusavorich" medical center. The hospital reception correspondents informed "A1+" that Narek is in rather stable state and is under surgeons' supervision. Investigations are underway and an operation will be done if necessary.
