The day is near for recognition of NKR independence
"The decision of the International Court of Justice is a serious blow to Azerbajian's President Ilham Aliyev who stated that Armenian cannot have two independent states. As a matter of fact, Albanians, Turks and Armenians have two states," said Ashot Grigorian, Chairman of the Forum of Armenian Associations in Europe.
Mr. Grigorian welcomes the decision of The Hague court and says it is a beacon for all countries that proclaimed independence under the conditions similar to those of Kosovo
