The plan of actions for the CSTO's Collective Security Council's June sitting is going according to plan.
"The actions for Armenia's part have been implemented, said Secretary of the RA National Security Council Artur Baghdasaryan during consultations with the delegation headed by Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolay Bordyuzha.
The parties discussed issues relating to the agenda of the CSTO's non-official summit to be held in Yerevan in August.
The parties also addressed the issue of providing the CSTO's rapid reaction subdivisions with state-of-the-art military equipment and discussed the issue of holding the military drills of the mentioned subdivisions in Armenia in 2011.
During the press conference following the consultations, Nikolay Bordyuzha stated: "We plan to hold the military drills of the CSTO's rapid reaction subdivisions next year. There is a suggestion to hold them in Armenia and I think that it is definitely realistic."
