Tomorrow RA Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan will present a special public report on "Right to Freedom of Speech in the Republic of Armenia.
According to a press release, the report is a comprehensive study of freedom of speech in Armenia. The study is on legislation regulating relations in the sphere of freedom of speech with focus on flaws and discrepancies in the legislation, as well as the current issues in law-enforcement.
The report also touches upon journalists' rights, activities of mass media outlets, as well as the disputed provisions of the new RA Law on "Television and Radio".
