On July 1 at 1:20 a.m. resident of house #3/2 on Tavros 1 Street of Vanadzor E. Avetisyan, 18, was transferred to Vanadzor hospital after being poisoned from medicine.

Doctors say the patient's condition is fairly critical.

 

Fire at factory

Yesterday fire broke out at the Copper-Molybdenum Factory of Agarak city in Syunik region. Two firefighting crews left for the scene and the fire was put out. The fire left the 20 square meter electric substation and 20 square meter roof of the supporting building burnt.

Grass burnt

On the same day, there were many telephone calls for fires that had broken out in the capital and grassy areas of some regions. 2,000 square meters of grass was burnt in the area near "Mars" factory located on Raffi Street in Yerevan, 150 square meters in the area near "Dar 21" Television, 400 square meters in the area near the former "Sur Varakich" hospital located on the 5th street of Sari Tagh, 800 square meters in the area near Artashisyan and Hovhannisyan intersection, 1.5 hectares in the area near the American University located on Forest Streets, 3,000 square meters in the area near house #95 on Aragats Street, 2 hectares in the areas near N3 children's hospital at Hrazdan Gorge and 800 (five firefighting crews left for the scene), 3,500 square meters in the end of 16th street of Shahumyan, 600 square meters in the area near Tsarav Aghpyur 59, 600 square meters in the area near "Clear Metal" factory.

Fires also broke out near house #1 on 1st street of Masis city (3,000 square meters of grassy area), the area near the cemetery of Musaler village in Armavir region (3,000 square meters of grassy area), the area near railway station of Armavir city (3,000 square meters of grassy area), the area near the 8th km section of Echmiadzin-Armavir highway (1 hectare of wheat field), Mastara village of Aragatsotni region (70 stacks of grass) and Ashtarak city park (200 square meters of grassy area).

The fires have been put out by all firefighting-rescue crews that left for the scenes.
