CC considers Pashinyan’s application
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia today resumed the hearing into the application of Nikol Pashinyan, editor-in-chief of Haykakan Zhamanak daily.
Pashinyan demands to annul the results of a January 10 by-election in Yerevan's Constituency 10 which reportedly ended with the victory of his contender Ara Simonyan.
The court has taken a recess.
The court yard is overcrowded with proponents of the Armenian National Congress.
