The political board of the Orinats Yerkir Party (OYK) has decided to recall RA Minister of Transport and Communications Gurgen Sargsyan and RA Minister of Emergency Situations Mher Shageldyan, OYK Spokeswoman Susanna Abrahamyan told A1+. The party has already submitted to President Serzh Sargsyan the names of new ministers.

The Party nominates Manuk Vardanyan, Advisor to the RA President and ex-Chairman of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre as minister of transport and communications and Armen Yeritsyan, Deputy Head of RA Police as minister of emergency situations.

Asked why Gurgen Sargsyan and Mher Shageldyan were dismissed, the party spokeswoman said: "The decision was made in the result of continuing reforms inside the party. OYK decided to replace them with more experienced candidates. Gurgen Sargsyan and Mher Shageldyan will assume other responsibilities within the party."

Susanna Abrahamyan refrained from answering whether Gurgen Sargsyan and Mher Shageldyan are less sophisticated. "All your questions will be answered by OYK Leader Arthur Baghdasaryan during tomorrow's press conference," she concluded.
