The government didn't consider the effects
The new package of taxing reforms doesn't correspond to the principle of proportional territorial development. To elaborate on his viewpoint, ARF faction member Artsvik MInasyan brought up a number of arguments. According to him, the reforms add 8 more types of taxes, but there is no clear formulation about their application.
"These taxing reforms will lead to the possibility of a new redistribution of property, increasing positions of careless district heads and weaken those of the careful heads," says the ARF deputy.
Artsvik Minasyan views the package of taxing reforms as an undeveloped step. "The government took another step that wasn't analyzed without taking into account the effects."
During today's press conference, Artsvik Minasyan denied the rumors that he had been in Iran, but emphasized that he had nothing to do with Robert Kocharyan's visit to Iran.
"I went to Iran with Kiro Manoyan, Andranik Tevanyan and Karen Khanlaryan to participate in the 7th forum of the Armenian Cause," explained Artsvik Minasyan.
