Armenia's Administrative Court today granted the claim of Nikol Pashinyan's proxy Patvakan Hovakimyan protesting against the laziness of Territorial Election Commission.

According to Patvakan Hovakimyan, the TEC had summed up the results of a January 10 parliamentary by-election without considering the proxy's complaints.

"The Administrative Court has bound the Commission to study Mr. Hovakimyan's complaint on cancelling the election results at Constituency 10,"Armen Khachatryan, a representative of the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK), informed A1+.

"The Commission is ready to consider the proxy's complaints," TEC Chairwoman Silva Markosyan told A1+.

Asked whether the Commission will cancel the election based on the complaint of Mr. Hovakimyan, Mrs. Markosyan said: "Let's consider the complaint first and then make a decision."
