Policeman charged with hooliganism
On January 15, 2010, G. Grigoryan, the RA Police Mashtoc division, Davtashen department, criminal intelligence group junior policeman, was arrested in the framework of the criminal case investigated by RA Special Investigation Service.
The preliminary investigation revealed that on December 18, 2009, at about 03:20 a.m. G. Grigoryan, drunk and drug used, had had a quarrel with the guards of "Omega" Night Club, scolded and pushed the latter and fired twice from the pistol "Makarov".
G. Grigoryan was charged according to the RA Criminal Code Article 258, part 4 for committing hooliganism with a use of weapon.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal case is continued in the Special Investigation Service. The results will be informed supplementary.
