Viktor Yushchenko left out of presidential race
According to preliminary report, Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and Leader of the Party of Regions Viktor Yanukovych reached a second round after gaining majority of votes in the Sunday presidential election.
None of the candidates gained more than 50 % of the votes. Viktor Yanukovych received 37%, Yulia Tymoshenko - 24% and the country's incumbent President Viktor Yushchenko 5%.
The runoff between the leading contenders is due next month, on February 7.
