Incident at polling station 10/12
Nikol Pashinyan's election office reports that with the purpose of rigging elections, chairman of polling station 10/12 Arman Sahakyan incited a scuffle and exerted violence against Pashinyan's proxy and observers.
The election office reported the police on the incident.
