"It is an army of skinheads and slaves trained to enthrall people," Petros Makeyan, member of Nikol Pashinyan's election headquarters, representative of the Armenian National Congress (HAK), told A1+ after today's incident.

Petros Makeyan was taken to Hospital N1 after being beaten near polling station 10/09 today morning.

Petros Makeyan had been called by Pashinyan's proxy at polling station 10/09 Suren Martirosyan who was constantly being asked out by "skinheads" in order to stuff ballots in the box.

"On the way I noticed some 25-30 people aged 40-45 gathered near the polling station," tells Petros Makeyan. "Suren Martirosyan came out of the polling station to depict the general situation to us. Just at that moment the skinheads attacked on us under the influence of drugs and tablets. Instead of easing the situation and keeping order a policeman grasped my hands and helped the assailants "to finish their business." Each election is a war with the participation of the same army and stooges. They don't want to yield their power to others."

Pashinyan's proxies handed over the numbers of the skinheads' cars to the Police Kentron Department.

"They saw that we remain loyal to the spirits and wording of law and they had no chances to rig the election at the precinct. Then Ara Simonyan's proxy inquired about my birthplace and informed his team. Soon a few people from Etchmiadzin (my birthplace) called me out pretending to be my acquaintances. But I knew none of them and called Makeyan. They attacked us when we were talking outside the precinct," Suren Martirosyan told A1+.

Pashinyan's proxies have been sent to Nor Nork hospital for a further examination.
