Armenia and Albania interested in intensifying ties
On December 21 the Ambassador of Albania to Armenia, Vili Minarolli, presented the copies of his credentials to the Foreign Minister of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian.
The interlocutors discussed issues of mutual interest. They attached importance to the necessity of intensifying the political, economic and cultural ties between Armenia and Albania.
The parties agreed to hold regular consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries.
Minister Nalbandian and Ambassador Minarolli exchanged views on issue of the Caucasian region and the Balkans.
Minister Nalbandian asked to convey an invitation to visit Yerevan to his Albanian counterpart Iler Meta.
