Aram Harutyunyan, a spokesman for the Yerevan City Hall, says his resignation of office has no connection with the video placed on the Internet as was reported in the press.

In an interview with "A1 +" Aram Harutyunyan said: "Newspapers are not Bible," and added: "Linking my name with this story and circulating facts incompliant with reality is simply ridiculous.

I resigned office of my own accord as I have been offered another job," said Mr. Harutyunyan.
