Where are the police?
"I am Raffi. My party is ruled by two-faced Dashnaks and Armenian National Congress. I am a weak-willed political figure." One can come across flyers bearing these words in Yerevan streets.
"The flyers are distributed by forces who do not have a decent and pure reputation like Raffi Hovannisian, who envy Mr. Hovannisian for his stainless image," "Heritage" Board Chairman Armen Martirosyan told A1+.
"We disapprove of this mean and vulgar way of struggle that aims to insult personalities and is not politically motivated. Even the contents of flyers are controversial," adds Mr. Martirosyan.
An opposition activist is taken to a police department after he is caught distributing flyers carrying no anti-constitutional contents. Moreover, the police tear off opposition posters. And where are they now? Why don't they take preventive measures? Don't they see the flyers?" wondered the "Heritage" Board Chairman.
