Vladimir Kostanyan withdraw from race
Vladimir Kostanyan, a candidate for Armenian Parliament, today withdrew from the election race.
"I have already announced that I am ready to withdraw in case a political figure gaining public trust runs in the same constituency irrespective of the fact whether I approve or disapprove of the stance of the given stratum of public.
We are on the eve of new parliamentary election. I shall join the ranks of the Armenian Progressive Party and enter the parliament with my party members," said Vladimir Kostanyan.
I thank all my proponents and expect their support in my further activities. I am not going to hinder the other two candidates -oppositionist Nikol Pashinyan and pro-government candidate Hmayak Hovhannisyan.
I find my mission of unveiling masks fully completed."
