No more "Chorort Ishkhanutyun" newspaper
The newspaper "Chorort Ishkhanutyun" (Fourth Power) was not found at newsstands today. Instead, the title of the newspaper was "Chorort Inknishkhanutyun" (Fourth Autonomy).
Let us recall that four officials from the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts of the RA Justice Ministry visited the "CI" editorial office. They waited for head of the "Ogostos" agency Mher Ghalechyan and director of the "Outsiders M" LTD David Martirosyan for hours. Their managers had to hand the decisions of the SCEJA on prohibiting publication of the newspaper.
According to the executive order given by the first instance court of the Kentron and Nork-Marash districts in Yerevan on November 11, 2009, the "Chorort Ishkhanutyun" newspaper is prohibited from publishing its newspapers by the "Outsiders M" LTD or any other company in any printing house.
"The only thing left for the newspaper editorial office to do is to announce that the "Chorort Ishkhanutyun" (Fourth Power) newspaper is temporarily terminating publication and giving way to the "Chorort Inknishkhanutyun" (Fourth Autonomy) paper, taking into account the serious foreign challenges facing Armenia and the dangerous developments conditioned by those challenges," the editor of the newspaper announced today.
