Armenian PM: "We should find our ocean"
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian is completing his working visit to San Jose, U.S., which hosts ArmTech Congress. The Armenian PM met with representatives of "Renaissance" and Mentor Graphics companies to discuss their programmes implemented in Armenia.
During a reception in a San Jose hotel, PM Sargsian noted: "ArmTech should develop. The meetings held on the Congress sidelines helped prioritize measures to be taken for implementation of new IT programmes. World leading companies are not competing for a market today since all markets and territories are already occupied. It means Armenia should have its own Blue Ocean Strategy since all territories where we try to lay an anchor already have their owners. We are belated which means we should find our ocean, our territory where we can enjoy some privileges," said the Armenian PM.
