No separate talks
"The talks on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict continue and they are moving in the direction of the basic principles," Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammedyarov said today. He informed that he met with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandyan during breakfast in Luxembourg on October 26.
"It was not a bilateral meeting due to the participation of the Georgian Foreign Minister during breakfast. We discussed the conditions of the new proposals of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs for the conflict settlement," Mammedyarov told journalists.
Let us mention that the three Co-Chairs will visit the South Caucasus region in early November.
