Today police prohibited NA Deputy Zaruhi Postanjyan and a number of ecologists involved in the protection of Teghut from reaching the presidential residence.

"The crime against humanity has yet to be punished", "Taleat, Enver, Jemal-they condemned them to the death penalty", "No to Protocols"-with these signs and the map of Armenia in their hands they expressed their protest near the government building against the Turkey-Armenia Protocols. There to oversee the protesters were more policemen than the number of protesters. After singing national songs a couple of times, the protesters moved toward the RA presidential residence.

They screamed "Traitors" and "Shame" as they passed in front of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Northern Avenue, the Constitutional Court and the National Assembly buildings.

The participants of the march made it to the National Assembly without breaking any rules of transportation, but they were not allowed to stand in front of the presidential residence. The protesters put up their signs and stood at the Baghramian-Demirchyan intersection.

First, Zaruhi Postanjyan tried to find out which law prohibited them from going to the presidential residence. A policeman by the name of "Captan Abgaryan" told the deputy that "they found it appropriate because there was an event at the presidential residence." Zaruhi Postanjyan got into a short debate with the policeman and asked him to show the law for prohibition, but later announced: "Since you are not showing me the law, you are committing an illegal act. You are prohibiting us as you wish and violating our rights."

The protesters started singing and then screaming "Serzhik, traitor". The policemen did not tolerate this and made them leave and even ripped a part of the map.
