Aram Karapetian appeals to PACE
Leader of the New Times Party (NZhK) Aram Karapetian has handed the Armenian and English versions of his report to Silvia Zehe, special representative of the CoE Secretary General to Armenia.
The report refers to the deadly clashes of March 1-2, 2008, in Yerevan City and the parliamentary interim committee's report Mr. Karapetian categorically disapproved of.
