Serzh Sargsyan turns out to have asked French authorities to ensure his security in Paris.
"It means Serzh Sargsyan fears from Diaspora Armenians who do not welcome his pan-Armenian tour," Heritage Faction MP Zaruhy Postanjian said to A1+.
Heritage received the information from the Armenian Embassy in France.
Zaruhy Postanjian thinks Serzh Sargsyan's visit is belated and formal. "Mr. Sargsyan was to embark on a tour before the signing of the Protocols."
With regard to ARF-Heritage cooperation, Mrs. Postanjian said: "I haven't changed my opinion about the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutiun. Still, I think all forces should cooperate to halt the signing of the Protocols."
