Nalbandian accused of falsehood
Chairman of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutiun, Vahan Hovhannisian today accused Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian of falsehood.
During the recent Parliament-Government meeting, Vahan Hovhannisian had no chance to answer Mr. Nalbandian's announcement that "the Protocols on Armenian-Turkish relations will be signed in their present form."
During today's parliament briefings Vahan Hovhannisian said: "The RA Law on "International Agreements" reads that international agreements are negotiated up to their final signature. It means the negotiations are still continuing and they needn't find them completed," said the ARF MP.
