We shall not strike for trivial issues
Lyudmila Sargsyan, leader of the Social-Democratic Henchakyan party (SDHK) will not participate in the Armenian National Congress's upcoming meeting. She has broken her leg and will not be able to attend the Congress's meeting of September 18.
Asked whether the SDHK might join ARF's hunger strike in protest against Armenian-Turkish relations, Ms. Sargsyan said: "We shall not strike for trivial issues. If we ever strike we shall demand Serzh Sargsyan's resignation."
"There is no point in demanding FM Edward Nalbandian's resignation as he does whatever he is ordered by higher echelons. If the Dashnaktsutyun is displeased with something they had better demand Serzh Sargsyan's resignation," added Lyudmila Sargsyan.
Remind that the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutiun goes no hunger strike on September 15 in protest against the recently signed Protocols between Armenia and Turkey.
